Job Overview
The Resource & Fulfillment Coordinator supports the distribution and organization of our ministry materials and member resources. This part-time role is vital to ensuring our members and partners receive timely, quality service that reflects the heart and mission of ABC.
Qualifications
- Organized, reliable, and attentive to detail
- Able to lift and move boxes of books (up to 30 lbs)
- Comfortable working independently with light supervision
- Aligned with the mission and values of ABC
- Prior experience with shipping software, basic inventory, or warehouse organization is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Fulfill and mail all book orders received through our online store
- Monitor and replenish book inventory as needed
- Organize and maintain warehouse stock to ensure efficient order fulfillment
- Package and mail membership and certification certificates to ABC members
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and operation of the ABC bookstore at the Called to Counsel Conference
- Maintain an organized and efficient workspace to manage ongoing order flow
- Collaborate with the ABC team to support ministry efforts and events as needed
