Administrative Specialist

20-24 hours per week in office (Fort Worth off N Forest Park and 30)
Flexible schedule, 3 days per week during standard business hours

Job Overview

The Administrative Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting ABC’s administrative functions. This position is responsible for general phone and email communication, printing and mailing certificates, and coordinating book order fulfillment from the online store. This position will work with multiple teams within the organization to assist with various projects as needs arise.

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with Microsoft and/or Google office suites (Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, and PowerPoint/Slides)
  • Experience working in a CRM is a plus!
  • Experience working in customer service is a plus!
  • Being a certified counselor of ABC is a plus!

Key Responsibilities

Communication

  • Answer the main ABC toll free line and provide answers to questions or direct the caller to another individual if needed in a timely manner
  • Manage emails sent to the general info@christiancounseling.com address and provide answers to questions or coordinate with others on the team as needed in a timely manner

Online Store

  • Fulfill all physical orders from ABC’s online store (includes packaging and shipping orders that are fulfilled directly, and coordinating shipment for orders that are fulfilled through a publisher)
  • Order in-office inventory to fulfill orders
  • Communicate with customers throughout the order process to ensure they are satisfied with their experience
  • Coordinate returns and refunds as needed
  • Work with the store manager to provide inventory and other reports as needed

Membership and Certification Certificates

  • Print and ship all certificates as new members enroll and as individuals complete various ABC certification courses

Other

  • Coordinate with other teams to support various projects as needed (these tasks are largely data entry)
