Job Overview

The Resource & Fulfillment Coordinator supports the distribution and organization of our ministry materials and member resources. This part-time role is vital to ensuring our members and partners receive timely, quality service that reflects the heart and mission of ABC.

Qualifications

  • Organized, reliable, and attentive to detail
  • Able to lift and move boxes of books (up to 30 lbs)
  • Comfortable working independently with light supervision
  • Aligned with the mission and values of ABC
  • Prior experience with shipping software, basic inventory, or warehouse organization is a plus

Key Responsibilities

  • Fulfill and mail all book orders received through our online store
  • Monitor and replenish book inventory as needed
  • Organize and maintain warehouse stock to ensure efficient order fulfillment
  • Package and mail membership and certification certificates to ABC members
  • Assist with setup, breakdown, and operation of the ABC bookstore at the Called to Counsel Conference
  • Maintain an organized and efficient workspace to manage ongoing order flow
  • Collaborate with the ABC team to support ministry efforts and events as needed
