He has written Speaking Truth in Love, Seeing with New Eyes: Counseling and the Human Condition, Through the Lens of Scripture, Power Encounters: Reclaiming Spiritual Warfare, Competent to Counsel? The History of a Conservative Protestant Biblical Counseling Movement, and numerous articles on counseling. David and his wife, Nan, have a son and two daughters. |
| Lance Quinn (NANC) |
| Lance Quinn is the Pastor-Teacher of The Bible Church of Little Rock, in Little Rock, Arkansas. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from Arkansas State University, Master of Divinity (M.Div.) and Master of Theology (Th.M.) degrees from The Master's Seminary, and a Ph.D. (ABD) degree from the Evangelische Theologische Faculteit (Evangelical Theological Faculty) in Leuven, Belgium. Prior to coming to The Bible Church of Little Rock, he served as Manager of Ministries at Grace To You Radio, and for ten years served at Grace Community Church in Southern California as the Senior Associate Pastor and Personal Assistant to Dr. John MacArthur. In addition to his pastoral ministry, he also serves on several boards, including Grace To You, F.I.R.E. (the Fellowship of Independent Reformed Evangelicals), NANC (the National Association of Nouthetic Counselors), and CWiPP (Christian Witness to a Pagan Planet). Pastor Quinn has co-authored a book (with Curtis Thomas) entitled The Five Points of Calvinism: Defined, Defended, and Documented (Presbyterian & Reformed Publishers, 2004). He and his wife, Beth, have eight children. |

Dr. Laura is a NANC certified biblical counselor at the Institute for Biblical Counseling and Discipleship in San Diego. She brings ten years' experience in general medicine and over twenty years' experience in psychiatry and biblical counseling to her current practice, which focuses on women's problems, abuse, molestation, teen issues and special needs children.
She earned her M.D. degree at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine, and was certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology following her psychiatry residency. She was trained in Applied Behavioral Analysis under Dr. Ivar Lovaas at UCLA in 1991, directed her autistic preschooler's home ABA program, and then home schooled him for the following seven years. He is now recovered from autism.
She is the author of Finding Your Child's Way on the Autism Spectrum: Discovering Unique Strengths, Mastering Behavior Challenges, (Moody Publishers, 2009), and coauthor of Will Medicine Stop the Pain?: Finding God's Healing for Anxiety, Depression, and Other Challenging Emotions, with Elyse Fitzpatrick (Moody Publishers, 2006) and When Good Kids Make Bad Choices: Help and Hope for Hurting Parents, with Elyse Fitzpatrick and Jim Newheiser, (Harvest House, 2003). A popular retreat and conference speaker, Dr. Laura loves sharing principles and encouragement from God's Word.

Debbie Rasa has served as Director and Partner in the dynamic growth and success of Rasa Floors and Carpet Cleaning over the past seven years. Before moving to Director and Partner role, she received numerous awards, set company records and achieved top salesperson status for the company consistently for 6 years. Debbie excelled in multifamily property management for over 10 years, from on-site management to corporate office supervision of multiple million dollar assets. Recognized as an accomplished and experienced trainer, both in management and sales, started her own consulting firm called WR & Associates and today Debbie teaches her outstanding people and customer service skills throughout the company. Debbie serves as President on the board of directors for "Lifelines Foundation." Debbie enthusiastically gives of her time in the area of public awareness, education, and prevention of eating disorders. Health and nutrition is a great area of passion for Debbie.
She is considered a community activist and has traveled to Austin, Arizona and Washington D.C. to continue educating local, state and national officials. Debbie is actively involved in seminars and classes at the local church and enjoys social and small group bible study interactions . Debbie is happily married to Michael and has three teen-aged daughters.

| Lisa Medwedeff, M.D. |
Lisa Medwedeff, MD realized she had an intuition for medicine in her late teens, working with autistic children in Houston.
She realized she had a special gift of compassion, sympathy, and a sensitivity to people's needs. Her career has proven her early instincts right, as she has become recognized by thousands of patients as "their doctor".
After realizing her unique abilities, Dr. Medwedeff entered the University of Houston, where she double-majored in Biochemistry and Biophysics. She attended the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, completing her residency and internship at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas.
Although she touches all areas of medicine as an internist, she has a special affection for helping patients through difficult situations, dealing with depression and anxiety, obesity and weight loss, and achieving preventive wellness objectives.
In 2006, she began a clinical research program placing her on the cutting edge of new medications and reporting her findings to the FDA.
Dr. Medwedeff is a member of the Jefferson Physician Group board of directors. She is also an active member at Presbyterian Hospital of Plano (6300 W. Parker Road, Plano, TX 75093) and Baylor Medical Center at Frisco (5575 Warren Parkway, Frisco, TX 75034). |

Dan Truitt came to Marketplace Chaplains USA in 1986 after a brief career in accounting. Also, he has served on the ministry and administrative staff of several churches. During his 18 years with MCUSA, Dan has served as a front line chaplain and held every major administrative positions at the Division, Region and National level. In addition to overseeing training for new chaplains and continuing education for field personnel, Dan also teaches corporate chaplaincy at Southwestern Theological Seminary and Dallas Theological Seminary. Dan holds a Ph. D. in Religion and Ethics from Baylor University, as well as a BA in Education from Texas A&M University. |

Paul lives in Texas with his wife Kelly and their two children Hannah and Watson where he is the director of Young Married Life for Denton Bible Church. Paul received a Bachelor of Science degree from Tennessee Technological University before coming to Texas in 1994 to participate in the men's discipleship program at Denton Bible church. After finishing the program he decided to pursue a graduate degree from Dallas Theological Seminary where he graduated in 2000 with a Master of Arts degree. Since then Paul has ministered to God's people as a licensed professional counselor, ministry director, public speaker, and teacher. Paul and his wife love to play golf together, and he also enjoys hunting, and fly fishing.

Darwin is a graduate of the University of Alabama (Bachelor of Music, Music Theory) and Reformed Theological Seminary (M.Div). He and Kaye will have been married for 30 years next February (2008). They have three children and one granddaughter.
Darwin is the Pastor of Fort Worth Presbyterian Church. He has served for almost 30 years on the Board of Reformed Youth Ministries, a ministry to Jr. High and High School students and Youth Directors.

Dr. Babler graduated with his PhD from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 1995. He currently holds the Warren C. Hultgren Chair of Pastoral Care and teaches at Southwestern as an Associate Professor of Pastoral Counseling. In addition to teaching at Southwestern, Dr. Babler serves as part time Minister of Missions at Birchman Baptist Church and is a NANC Certified counselor. He is married to Marilee and us blessed with ten children.

Lisa Bazler earned her B.A. in psychology and her M.A. in counseling psychology. She has worked in a variety of mental health settings, including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, group homes, outpatient services and secular and Christian private counseling practices. After earning over 3,000 hours of work experience as a Marriage Family Therapist Intern, Lisa became a Christian and left the psychology field completely. Lisa now debunks the industry she once supported.
Ryan Bazler has a B.S. in electrical engineering and a Masters in Business Administration, and works in product management for high-technology companies. He enjoys writing Bible studies and ministering God's Word to others.
Ryan and Lisa were the founding directors of a Christian backpacking youth ministry for six years and now encourage help-seekers to turn to God instead of the futile teachings of psychology and psychiatry. The Bazlers reside in Carlsbad, California.
